PKR 4.6M in a single month on Shopify
A private-label organic brand plateaued at half a million rupees a month. We rebuilt the catalogue around trending-keyword research, restructured the ad account into product-hunting and defence campaigns, and fixed the listing content that was silently killing conversion.

The challenge
The brand had a genuinely good product and a catalogue that nobody could find. Revenue had sat between PKR 480k and PKR 620k a month for over a year, and every previous agency had responded by raising ad spend.
Three things were actually wrong. Titles were written for humans rather than the search index, so 60% of the catalogue never surfaced for its own category terms. The ad account ran one flat campaign across 300 SKUs, which meant the six products that could carry the account were funding the ones that never converted. And the top-selling listings had a 2.1-star average driven almost entirely by packaging damage in transit.
What we did
Rebuilt the catalogue around demand, not inventory
We pulled 90 days of Daraz search-term data and rewrote 312 titles and attribute sets against terms with proven volume. Products with no demand signal at all were delisted rather than optimised — cutting the catalogue by 18% raised the average listing's impression share immediately.
Split the ad account into hunting and defence
Hunting campaigns ran broad on new keywords with a hard daily cap and a 14-day kill rule. Defence campaigns protected the eight SKUs already producing margin, bid to a target ACoS rather than a target position. Budget moved between the two weekly based on contribution margin, not ROAS.
Fixed the operational leak first
We spent the first three weeks on packaging and returns, not marketing. Double-boxing the two highest-return SKUs and rewriting the size guide took the average rating from 2.1 to 4.4 over four months — which did more for conversion than any creative test we ran.
Layered creative on top of a working base
Only once the listings and campaigns were producing did we invest in lifestyle photography and A+ content. Product-page creative was tested in pairs, one variable at a time, on the six defence SKUs.
“Their expertise and professionalism are commendable.”
The outcome
November 2024 closed at PKR 2,613,986 — a 28.31% increase over October and roughly 4.5× the pre-engagement baseline. Session traffic grew 75.02% in the same window, so the growth came from new demand rather than harder monetisation of the same visitors.
The account has since held above PKR 2M in every month except the post-Eid trough, and the client has moved two further brands onto the same programme.
