What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry and deliver work. In practice that falls into three groups.
- Information you send us: the name, email address, company, website and project details you enter into our contact form, or send by email or WhatsApp.
- Client engagement data: contract details, billing information and any account access you grant us to deliver a project.
- Basic usage data: aggregate page-level analytics such as page views, referrer and approximate country. We do not build advertising profiles of site visitors.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To perform a contract once you become a client, including invoicing.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations in the jurisdictions we operate in.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing sequence without an explicit opt-in, and we do not share your project details with third parties except the processors listed below.
Processors we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business. Each acts as a processor on our instructions and is bound by its own data-protection terms.
- Hosting and content delivery for this website.
- Email and calendar services for correspondence and scheduling.
- Privacy-respecting website analytics.
- Accounting and payment processing for client invoicing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for as long as the engagement runs, and then for the period our accounting and tax obligations require — typically seven years for financial records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To make a request, email info@marketmesolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
We operate from Pakistan and the United States, and our processors may store data in either jurisdiction or in the EU. Where data moves between them, we rely on the standard contractual protections our providers offer.
Security
Access to client systems is granted per person and revoked at offboarding. Credentials are held in a managed password vault with two-factor authentication required. We do not store client card details at any point.
