First PKR 1.6M month, ninety days after launch
A cookware manufacturer with no online channel at all. We handled product hunting, wholesale strategy, listing build-out and the ad ramp — and hit PKR 1,605,262 in January 2025, its third full month trading.

The challenge
A 30-year-old cookware manufacturer with strong wholesale relationships, real production capacity, and no direct channel whatsoever. No listings, no brand assets, no idea which of their 900 SKUs would sell online.
The risk wasn't demand, it was choosing wrong. Launching 900 SKUs would bury the winners and tie up working capital in slow stock.
What we did
Hunted before we listed
Three weeks of search-volume and competitor-pricing research narrowed 900 SKUs to 312 with genuine demand at a price the factory could hit profitably. We published in three waves so each cohort's data informed the next.
Priced against the wholesale reality
The existing wholesale channel had to survive the launch. We built a pricing floor per SKU that protected distributor margin, then found the online positioning inside that constraint rather than undercutting the business the client already had.
Wrote listings for the index and the buyer
Every title carried its primary term in the first 40 characters, every attribute set was completed in full, and the top 40 SKUs got proper photography. Complete attributes alone moved several categories into filtered results they'd been invisible to.
Ramped ads against stock, not ambition
Spend was capped at a percentage of confirmed available inventory per SKU and reviewed twice a week. Nothing scaled past what the factory could actually ship.
The outcome
January 2025 — the third full trading month — closed at PKR 1,605,262 across 312 live listings. 71% of that came from the 40 SKUs identified in the first research wave, which validated the narrow launch.
The client has since added a second brand storefront and now runs marketplace as a standalone P&L line.
